Please note that it is a requirement to provide a legal parking spot for me throughout the entire duration of the photoshoot. Any parking fines incurred by me as a result of the photoshoot will be added to your bill. Ensuring a suitable and lawful parking arrangement contributes to a smooth and efficient photoshoot process. The duration of a stills-only photo shoot typically lasts around 1 hour, while photo and/or video shoots (involving stills and 360 spheres) may extend up to 2.5 hours.

It is crucial to ensure that all areas to be photographed are prepared before my arrival to avoid additional charges and prolonging the overall photoshoot time. While I am flexible and understand the need for some preparation time, any wait time exceeding 5 minutes will result in an upcharge. Wait times surpassing 5 minutes are billed in 15-minute increments, rounded up, for minutes 6-15. Each 15-minute time block incurs a $15 charge. Consecutive time blocks will automatically round up to the nearest whole 15-minute increment thereafter. This streamlined approach helps ensure a straightforward and efficient billing process during the course of the photoshoot. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.    

To ensure your property is presented in the best light, it’s advised to clean, decorate, and stow away any items you do not wish to be visible in the pictures. This includes kitchenware, toiletries, pet-related items, etc. Given the detailed nature of my pictures with an ultra-wide-angle lens, any items left on surfaces or lying around will be captured in the images. Turning on all possible lights, raising blinds, and turning off ceiling fans contribute to creating the optimal visual atmosphere.

As this is a professional photoshoot, no individuals or pets can be present during the session. If someone or a pet is in the vicinity, they must stay in another room or area not being photographed, ensuring complete invisibility from the ultra-wide-angle lens. Timeliness is appreciated as my services are scheduled, allowing me to efficiently move to the next appointment.

All payments are expected on the day of the photoshoot upon its completion. The preferred method of payment is through a Zelle transfer to my cell at 954.612.0553. Alternatively, I also accept cash or checks. For added convenience, credit cards and bank transfers can be facilitated through invoicing. It’s important to note that credit card payments will incur a 3% convenience fee, while bank transfers are free of charge. Please be aware that all forms of payment must clear before the delivery of the final product. Your prompt payment is greatly appreciated.

Please be advised to cancel or reschedule your scheduled photo shoot at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations or rescheduling on the day of the appointment or while I am en route will result in a $100 cancellation fee. This fee will be collected along with the photoshoot cost before scheduling another appointment. An invoice for this charge will be sent, and it must be paid in full before I travel to your location for a subsequent photoshoot. Your understanding and adherence to this policy are appreciated.

As of now, my coverage area is confined to the region from Hillsboro Blvd (North) to 595 (South) and 441 (West) to the beaches (East). While I can accommodate photoshoots in other areas, please be aware that a travel fee will be incurred for locations outside of this designated service area. The additional charge is non-refundable and should be paid in advance, amounting to $75 for every 10 miles outside of my standard service area, rounded up to the nearest 10 miles. Sorry but I do not travel to anywhere in Miami due to the consistent heavy traffic. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

While the turnaround time for each project can vary due to its unique characteristics, most projects typically receive a 24-72 hour timeframe for completion. The complexity of your specific project will play a role in determining the exact turnaround time, but I assure you that I am committed to meeting your deadline. Generally, the following timeframes apply:

P1: HDR KEY PHOTOS (24 hours minimum)

P2: VIRTUAL REALTY 3D TOURS and P3: WT-KEY VIRTUAL TOURS (48 hours minimum)

P4: WT-PRO VIRTUAL+ TOURS,  P5: VIRTUALLY STAGED TOURS, P6: 3D RENDERED TOURS and A3: BRANDED VIDEOS (72 hours minimum)

Please be aware that my budget services come with limitations on direct involvement in the step-by-step direction of the photo shoot. While you are welcome to make requests for specific picture angles, detailed direction is not included in my packages. If you wish to provide expanded input or direct the shoot more comprehensively, additional charges will apply to compensate for the extra time involved. It’s essential to discuss any specific requirements or requests in advance to ensure clarity and proper arrangements. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

1. I offer the convenience of uploading your photos/virtual tour directly to your MLS listing. Please be aware that providing me with your MLS login credentials is necessary for access and uploading. Additionally, I will create a Dropbox folder for you, providing a link to download your photos onto your computer. It’s important to note that the folder will be deleted one month after delivery. You are granted unlimited use of the photos for marketing your listing specifically. However, using the photos for other purposes is not allowed and may violate copyright laws. Virtual tour link(s) will be emailed to you, enabling easy copy/pasting into your social media for online posting.

2. If you prefer not to share your MLS account access, I will send you a link to download your photos directly from a Dropbox folder that I will generate for you. Please be aware that this folder will be deleted one month after delivery. You are granted unlimited usage rights for marketing your listing exclusively. It is essential to note that using the photos for other purposes is not permitted and may breach copyright laws. Furthermore, virtual tour link(s) will be emailed to you, allowing for easy copying and pasting into the appropriate input fields on your listing or social media accounts.

Yes, music can be incorporated into your project. However, please note that you won’t have the option to choose the specific music used. Generally, the music selected will be very energetic and upbeat, aiming to generate excitement about the property. In certain cases, more subdued music may be chosen, particularly for traditionally styled homes. The goal is to enhance the overall presentation and create a positive and engaging atmosphere for viewers.

You would need to send me a high-quality picture of yourself and/or your logo to create branding for the Interactive or Deluxe packages. Certainly, if you prefer, I can use your headshot from your social media. However, please be aware that images on social media platforms are often compressed, potentially impacting the overall quality. If you’re comfortable with this option, please provide the necessary details or let me know if there are specific preferences or adjustments you’d like. I’ll ensure it’s seamlessly integrated into the Interactive or Deluxe packages, keeping in mind the potential compression limitations of social media images. Your branding will be incorporated at the top of the interactive viewer or the end of your branded social media video virtual walkthrough tour. If you have any specific preferences or additional details you’d like to include, please communicate those, and I’ll work to incorporate them as effectively as possible.
